Our Work

Our service is focused on Foundational Safety and Stability and Preparation for Adulthood (P4A), delivered through measurable progress across three core outcomes.

How we support

A clear approach, built around safety and progress

Supporting Young Futures provides more than accommodation. We build stable, family-style environments and practical, outcomes-focused support so care leavers (16+) can move forward with confidence.

A calm, supportive home environment

Building a Real Foundation for Independence

A home at SYF is a launching pad. Since 2009, we’ve worked alongside Local Authorities to help young people build the confidence to manage money, look after a home, and take their next steps into adulthood.

  • Family-style living and consistent support
  • Step-by-step preparation for adulthood
A space designed to feel safe and welcoming

A Place to Heal and Grow

Trauma-informed, psychologically aware environments that focus on the individual — supporting confidence and self-esteem, without reducing young people to a checklist.

  • Emotionally safe, supportive routines
  • Strength-based, person-centred support
Support planning and steady guidance
