Floating and Outreach Support:

Our 16+ after-care service is designed to empower young people aged 16 and over as they transition into independent living. We offer safe and high-quality accommodation, ensuring that each resident has a comfortable and supportive environment to develop their independent skills. Through a tailored independent living program, we focus on enhancing their abilities and self-sufficiency. Our dedicated staff provide personalised care packages, including support in registering with local health providers, accessing education, employment, and training opportunities, and planning for future housing. Additionally, we offer AQA registration and support, counseling services, financial advice, and access to advocacy services. Our aim is to guide and inspire young individuals towards sustainable and authentic independence, building a strong foundation for their future.

For newly arrived asylum-seeking children and young people, Supporting Young Futures is here to offer crucial support during their challenging journey. Our dedicated team provides a range of services, including a 24-hour pick-up service, assessment bed, and support throughout the age assessment process. We offer initial orientation and induction, connecting them with relevant health and mental health services. We provide valuable information on the asylum process and refer them to trusted solicitors. Our support extends to facilitating engagement with the Home Office and accessing specialised services such as family tracing, meeting faith and cultural needs, and implementing safeguarding protocols for potential victims of trafficking. We work closely with local authorities to ensure timely and comprehensive assessments that address the specific needs of each young person.

Our floating and outreach support service is designed to provide targeted assistance to young individuals over a defined period. Whether it's building independent living skills to prepare for transition or offering intensive support around health, immigration, or homelessness prevention, our team is dedicated to providing the necessary guidance. We work closely with young people to set achievable goals and support them in overcoming challenges. This service is flexible and responsive, adapting to the unique circumstances and needs of each individual.
